|Recommended: YesGetting Better — I wrote a review about 2 months ago that was somewhat disconcerting, nor was it very flattering. However, due to the Manager Transitioning and we were going thru managers like water thru a sieve, we now have a Permanent Managerby the name of Joyce Torres. Things are getting better, matters are getting taken care of and there are now Poop Bags at the Poop Stations. Unfortunately, we cannot control nasty people who just refuse to pick up their dogs poop. But if caught, they do get fined There is also money in the budget for the new dog park and I'm really excited about that. So if you're planning to move from your current location, please come to Villa Monterey I'm beginning to love it here again and am sure that you will also

|Recommended: YesDifferent Opinion — I left a review on here in November I believe it was oh, that was not very flattering. I have since change my mind as the manager, Joyce karma is doing her best to make sure that things are going well. We now have security 24 7. I feel much safer and I no longer worried that something will happen. I would recommend that people who are searching for an apartment to come here to live. This is now a nice place to live and the people that work here are really nice. I totally recommend Villa Monterey as your next place of residency. Go Villa Monterey
