|Recommended: YesMy sister and I have lived here for almost years. Yes, there has been a few challenges during this time period but everything has always been addressed. I'm writing this review now to compliment the entire staff working at Villa Monterey. It's starts at the top with the Manager, Joyce. She exemplifies the true meaning of a Manager. She cares about her residents, the property and the staff. Daniel and Nina, who also work in the office are absolutely amazing. They always treat me respectfully, professionally, and most important, that I'm more than just a tenant. It's always a pleasure to see any of the 3 in the office. Our Maintenance team is also incredible. They are on top of the work orders and the cleanliness of the property all the time. All apartment communities have issues. So does this one. But it's how you deal with them that matters. A few of the small issues on this property is in no way managements control ie scorpions, people who don't pick up after dogs, noise etc.

Best of all you do not need a car to live here. Everything you would want or need is just around the corner Come check us out and MOVE IN
